pros: Service, architectureFirst off, I'm comparing this resort to similar resorts like The Phoenician, Royal Palms, Four Seasons, etc. where I have stayed and I rank it about a 2.5 out of 10 for a few reasons.

We stayed here last week during the off-season and were pleasantly surprised. We were told there would be construction, but this was not an issue or obstruction. The architecture was amazing. The grounds were beatiful. The pools were well...

Excellent
just finished a 7 day trip to this resort for a work conference and am wishing I could spend a few more there! The rooms were enormous and very well equipped, nearly as large as my tiny NY apartment!
