The four floors of guestrooms are each dedicated to a different musical genre Jazz, Opera, Classical or Contemporary Music. Each of the 52 rooms and suites celebrates an individual artist or composer, from Dvorak to Elvis, Mozart to Billie Holiday. Each room offers original artwork and a selection of books; flat screen computers with high speed Internet access provide biographies of each room's honored artist as well as a collection of their music. Other amenities include televisions and DVD players, minibars and air conditioning. Guests can enjoy a buffet breakfast, served each morning, and the rooftop restaurant offers panoramic views. With its waterfall and grand piano, the Winter Garden evokes the atmosphere of a palace garden, and the hotel also offers a music salon, and a music library, featuring an extensive collection of CDs, music DVDs and videos, along with comfortable leather seating and a high definition plasma screen TV. Pick a superlative and apply it to Aria. The music themed hotel could easily be tacky but it's not. Far from it. The rooms are stylish and elegant, modern and classical. We were in Charlie Parker. There's a playlist of his music when...
