I travel extensively within the USA/abroad, and have found a rural jewel at Arcady. Bert is the ultimate host; charming, knowledgeable, and gracious. A professional chef, everything he serves is made fresh each day, including melt-in-your-mouth...
just returned from two nights at the sunderland....the room was clean, fresh and very well decorated....the breakfast was gourmet....fruits and cheese, eggs, breakfast meat ....baked goods basket and home made plum jam.....the owner was on the spot with all your needs.......find an excuse to leave home and spend a few nights at this delight

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast spread was out of this world! And thanks to Bert for turning on the hot tub, just what we needed after a long day at the mountain. Bert also gives good directions and makes a killer pizza! Rooms were clean and warm...we look forward to coming back!
