You would not expect the service one receives at this Motel. B&B service was delivered with an exeptional and tastefully sereved breakfast, rooms are squeeky clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. All hotels ammenities are there too. A outdoor hot tub, sparkling clean pool and a friendly staff and owner, who is personally involved working with the staff. I will be back time and time again.

had to make a quick reservation to take care of family issues....needed aplace that would take my little puppy....clean....nicely furnished....gourmet breakfast....turned a negative trip into a very positive experience....looking forward to a return ...
just returned from two nights at the sunderland....the room was clean, fresh and very well decorated....the breakfast was gourmet....fruits and cheese, eggs, breakfast meat ....baked goods basket and home made plum jam.....the owner was on the spot with all your needs.......find an excuse to leave home and spend a few nights at this delight
