Excellent
Extremely clean, and the service was great. Largest rooms I have ever stayed in. Can not wait to come back in the summer to use the pool. Great attention to detail.
We were in Lubbock to have a baby in early January...we were completely astonished at how lovely and spacious the room was; there was a dvd player. The location is great. My husband took our toddler to Chuck E Cheeses so I could have quality time...

If you do not like cigarette smoke, do not check into this hotel. It is a shame that such a nice hotel -- good and roomy accommodations -- is ruined by the intense smell of cigarette smoke even in the non-smoking rooms. Evidently someone on our floor likes to smoke -- cigars no less. The odor is intense and makes it impossible to sleep. At least the window opens so fresh air could be allowed into the room for the night. We are moving to a smoke free hotel the next day.
Brand new independently owned and you can tell. The owner came by at breakfast and greated everybody. Alot by their first name. Now that is customer service. Super clean and a great pool. The only place to stay in Lubbock.
