We arrived at the Aquarius on Sept. 12 2009 at around 8:30 PM. Checked in, and was told they didn't have a none smoking, river view room with a king bed. I call and request that room. I talk to a person named Enriq, I paid for the room on my credit card, and first night had to be paid for. All set, you would think, when you arrive. NO NO NO. I was told when I arrived they didn't have my room, it was on availability. I don't under stand it was paid for. We were given a room with 2 queen beds with river view, not so. There were kids running all over. We were supposed to be in the adult tower. What a way to start a vacation you saved for. I when back down to the desk. Talked to manager, she gave us a room in the adult tower on the 18th floor. It was a good room. They didn’t have any other room how did this room show up. Why did we have to go throw all this? Never check to see how we were. We check out after 2 day, we were going to stay 4 days. Just felt we weren't welcome. Most of the employees where nice. That first day just made the rest of the time suck!!!!!!!!!!!
