female with an economy budget, traveling for leisure
My hubby and I stayed at this location in 9/2004 for our honeymoon. It was awful. The packets we got certainly didn't add up to what we saw in person. It was a big let down. Children were there and almost all the women were topless, poor service, our room's Air Conditioner leaked bad, a hurricane came through(we were on 5th floor) everyone was evacuated except for our floor, it was just a disaster! I had a bad fall from the AC leak and they said it was nothing they could do about the Ac leaking. I will never go back to stay at the hotel again. However, I am about to go back to Cancun and stay at The Royal. We are excited and have even decided to go back to Aqua and take a picture together in front of the hotel just for laughs.
