Horrible
The rooms are the size of a matchbox, no view, unless you are "ocean front". The hotel is in poor condition. The rooms were dirty and stinky. We had to change our hotel as the condidtions were unreasonable. I'd rather stay at a hostel.

Good

Horrible
There were no deck chairs on the lanai; postage stamp size rooms; no air conditioning except in rooms (none in lobby or elevator); very small elevator; continental breakfast only from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. Would never stay here again.

It was such a nice hotel and everything was so beautiful because it was Hawaii! It had a great location, and we could walk outside and shop at all the great stores right there.

The reason would recommend this particular hotel is the view, which was spectacular. Otherwise there wasn't anthing remarkable about it. , wished at the time that they had all night room service. The morning breakfast buffet had bad food.
Quality door locks, well-lit hallways, lots of people around late at night, nice location.
