I requested a room w/ 2 queen beds and got a room w/ one queen and a sofa bed instead. The parking garage is a nightmare. Given all of the dents and scratches on the poles, I imagine at least one tourist a day must hit their car in there. To many $2

The location of this hotel is perfect! I have stayed at it and other resorts in Honolulu and love the location. I have stayed with and without a car and it was great both ways. There is a bus stop right out front and Waikiki and the Ala Moana Mall within walking distance. The rooms and staff were great also.
