elevators are too slow, and housekeepers are not good in cleaning, poor costumer service. Service is enough i guess for the cheap price, cheap price, cheap service.

The location of this hotel is perfect! I have stayed at it and other resorts in Honolulu and love the location. I have stayed with and without a car and it was great both ways. There is a bus stop right out front and Waikiki and the Ala Moana Mall within walking distance. The rooms and staff were great also.
