Our family of 5 stayed for a week in adjoining rooms. Check in was easy despite language barrier. Staff was always extremely helpful. Hotel location is great-near restaurants, shopping, grocery, bus, attractions. Room was clean and modern....
The hotel in appearance is fantastic, modern and stylish.
Maintenance was superb, during our stay there were two malfunctions, the jacuzzi and the lifts both stopped working briefly, but were very quickly rectified.

Well located, reasonable walking distance to La Rambla and Plaza Catalunya, as well as Gaudi's Casa Batllo. Free computers with internet access in the "library". Decent sized, comfortable room. Not cheap, but we got what we paid for.
