The hotel is not centrally located; rooms are small and uncomfortable, reception is cramped, lift is constantly broken: I had to walk up four flights. Staff is very good though. Internet is free and works. But it's not a good value

Not worth the cost given the location and road noise and alternatives. The breakfast isn't worth GBP 10 and the cost of Internet access is a real rip-off. Mediocre over all but it's clean and the staff are friendly.
