39 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
We were very disappointed in our treatment at Inn. After booking a suite one month in advance, the staff said that there were plumbing problems in the room. The suite had actually been given to another couple and we were relegated to a property off site. No apologies or explanations were given when they were confronted with the fact that we were aware of the double booking.
