Your Hotel is beautiful. Our stay was fabulous, our service was wonderful. Beth who assisted us in the morning with our car was great, very helpful with directions , friendly, and kind.
Robert in the evening when we returned was outstanding.
Very helpful with places to eat things to do in the evenings.
Good not ask for a better valet attendant. The hole staff was very nice with the exception of the front desk the morning we left which was Tues. Aug. 4,2009. We asked Robert how we get our car early in the morning we would be leaving, he responded just call the desk and they can get it for you. We called, they acted as if were a problem because no valet poeple were there yet.
The only other complaint is the sports bar and grill. We went there Aug. 1st for drinks and they were out of Seagram's so we settled for VO, no problem the next night we took the family for dinner, they were out of chicken wings and had no Rootbeer soda. The service over there was not the greatest.
We had had a wonderful time the hotel service was great. We would deffinetly stay again. Just wanted you to know about the few minor things that were unsatifing to us.

Went down to the car Sunday morning to find a wheel and tire gone, and the car sitting on the ground instead. After stealing one wheel they droped the car and got their floor jack stuck under the car, therefore they only got one wheel and I got a floor jack worth more than the stock rim stolen! If you like floor jacks this is your place.

It was difficult to get to as the highway construction was not reflected on the internet maps. The entry from the parking lot was not clearly marked. They totally messed up the billing.
I am not likely
to return to the Antlers Hilton Colorado Springs.
I would not recommend it to friends.

This was an older, remodeled hotel. The room was fine, but the bathroom was very small. The staff was excellent. Valet parking is available but at a cost.
The bell service employees remembered our name. The server in the restaurant remembered I liked stronger coffee.
I am very likely
to return to the Antlers Hilton Colorado Springs.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The room was large, quiet and the internet access was great! It was well located to restaurants by foot, but it also offered good food in house. I could entertain clients easily in the hotel bar.
The few difficulties were taken care of promptly and I could go about my business. The rooms were quiet and I did not have to be concerned about the people outside.
I am very likely
to return to the Antlers Hilton Colorado Springs.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The location was great. The hotel had been through a recent renovation and it was very clean, well designed inside and the new rooms and beds were very comfortable.
I encountered a pleasant staff at check in.
I am very likely
to return to the Antlers Hilton Colorado Springs.
