This is a 2 star budget hotel in downtown area on Kowloon side, which provides warm and friendly atmosphere. Recommended for those who would like to spend minimal on hotel accommodation. Room types available are rooms with private bathroom or communal bathroom, which are the rooms with no facilities. (KC Oct07) This is a modern 24-storey high-rise concrete building, which large letters of Y.W.C.A. on the sides walls, which are visible from Waterloo Road. Y.W.C.A. Anne Black Guest House is located in Yau Ma Tei on Hong Kong Kowloon. From the Yau Ma Tei MTR station it's about 10 minutes walk. Public bus stops are in front of the guest house. Locals famous shopping areas such as Ladies Market, Jade Market & Temple Street are all close to the hotel. To Tsim Sha Tui shopping district it's only 2 MTR stops away. Although very visible from Waterloo Road due to the height, one has to go around to Man Fuk Road to get to the entrance.
