When we called to reserve, the general manager told us we were getting the "family rate" leading us to believe it was a family establishment.
When we arrived we paid for the room, then went to drop our luggage off and were with a room that was in horrific condition. If you value your money you will not stay in this establishment!..The floors were extremely dirty, the bathrooms had no toilet paper and the sheets as well as the walls were filthy, the bed was being held up by paint cans and the smell was awful. I went to the front office to get my money back and was told I had to call the general manager.
We left and stayed somewhere else. I called the manager the next day, she was extremely rude and told me sorry no refunds, even though we were there less than 10 min. She was extremely rude as well. I truly recommend no one stay here!
