Good
Good location within downtown Charleston.Lack of convenient parking. The hotel was structurally and aesthetically pleasing. I thought that the linens and showers could have been a bit more clean.

29 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
When I arrived at the inn, the staff was very disappointing. They acted as if they had better things to do. Coffee and cookies in the afternoon?
Well, three days in a row the coffee was always gone. If you want the breakfast don't plan on sleeping in. I was there by 9 and all the dishes were dirty, no cream cheese for bagels, and the rest of the food was gone.
We stayed in the traditional king room. It was right next to entrance and sidewalk. It was very loud. We were up all night due to people walking by and coming in and out of the door. There was no sleeping in! At 7:30 they started hammering and banging. Also, we were next to the maids room and she was blaring her music.
When we got the bill we were told that it would not be charged to the credit card because it was twice as much as it was supposed to be. Well, guess what it was charged! When I called dispute they said there was nothing they could do for me.
