Horrible
The person that originally checked me in was friendly and helpful.The person who checked me out was rude and argumentative. I told the manager I had 5 different complaints and instead of accommodating me and listening to my concerns, she nitpicked...

We liked the location of the inn, walking distance to shopping, Our room was nice, but very noisybeing on the street. The deluxe contintental breakfast was a disappointment. They only had muffins, bagels, and bad fruit.
After selecting this hotel for a perfect get away, I began reading terrible reviews about the place. Thinking we would give it a shot anyway, especially since we would be out and about downtown and not really sitting in a hotel room, we arrived...
