I recently stayed at the hotel along with my two sons. First of all my reservation was messed up. I had to get on the phone and try to straighten it out after a 4 hour long drive. Second of all I called the hotel front desk prior to my arrival to ask that my room be inspected because I did not like dirty carpet and it would ruin my vacation. They said that they would give me VIP status and inspect the room. The first thing I saw as I entered the room was a big dirty spot followed by several smalls one right in the living room. Of course this turned me off. They had housekeeping work on the spots but still not clean. Third, they said they would move me the next day, not!! If the carpet would have been clean I would have enjoyed the room. The rooms were large and there were three large balconies. Nice, but they need to invest in a couple of wal-mart steam cleaners to spot clean carpets before guest move in.

Poor access to pool/beach - you had to cross the car port for travelers unloading (each & every time). Pool area was small, as was the pool. No gathering area or grand foyer that led out to the pool and beach. 2 ice machines for the whole hotel - always empty.

Wonderful location, beautiful new hotel with spacious 2 bedroom suites. 3 different pools. I had a very relaxing vacation and the rates are very reasonable. I will definatly return.
