There were ants and spiders crawling all over the carpet. It also needed some fresh paint, a new carpet and some training in customer service from the staff.
The furniture was so worn out it was a shame. The dirty dishes stocked in the shelves were not what we expected. The A/C broke and we ended up pleading for some repairs and sweating out one night of hell. The resort offered no compensation for our night of hell or even a follow if to see if the matter was repaired.
The whole place simply described: Dump!
