Anaheim Plaza Hotel and Suites Hotel - Page 1

For the money, this hotel is exceptional. It's a little older, but they did a great job of keeping it clean. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. It's the perfect place to stay when going to Disneyland; it's affordable, clean and very close. I probably wouldn't stay here if I were going to spend my whole day in the room, but it was a great place to sleep overnight and take a few afternoon naps while visiting Disneyland. Each room also had a nice deck.

I would go lower on the rating but this site won't allow it. No water pressure, No HOT water, and shower leaking. I was jumping out of the shower freezing!! Windows and curtains VERY cheap and jammed. I tried to open the jammed sliding door, the entire curtain and rod assembly came crashing down on my head. No working ice machines. Then they tried to treat me like I was lying??!! Could not find someone who spoke fluent english to help us. Terrible customer service. Stood at the registration counter for almost 30 minutes to check out. Only three people ahead of me. However, this cheap place had only ONE register OUT OF THREE/FOUR OPEN. The other employees were just standing around. Would have been better off in motel 6.

I recently stayed at the Anaheim Plaza Hotel and Suites for 10 nights with my two friends as we celebrated our graduation from high school. The Anaheim Plaza came at a great price for the location--only a five minute walk to Disneyland!

From the very beginning of our stay, the staff was warm and friendly. The minimum check in age for this hotel is 21 years old. However, since my friends and I booked the trip through expedia, they honored it and let us stay at the hotel even though we were only 18 and had no parental supervision.

The staff was also very helpful. They always had an answer for questions and never failed to be the best and have a smile. The staff also arranged a lot of transportation for us at very low prices!

The rooms are okay. The beds aren't the most comfortable; they are kind of hard. But, the size of the room is good and every room has a patio which is really nice. Also, every room has a mini fridge, which was awesome! And the air conditioner in the room worked really well!! Sometimes it was too cold in the rooms!

So, this hotel isn't the best hotel (in terms of appearance), but it's not the worst either. This hotel is definitely where my business is at in the future if I am ever to go back!! Oh, and the restaurant was also very good and cheap! :D

They have very nice accommodations and a friendly staff.

It is within walking distance to Disneyland. It has decent rooms and a very reasonable price. They have an excellent pool and a breakfast buffet. I would stay here again.
