They always go out of their way to make our trip pleasurable.

This hotel made me feel respected: The customer is always first, addressed as sir or madam.

I was very disappointed that it only had ethernet broadband in the rooms. There was no wireless. This was a major convenience when four of us had laptops.

It was fantastic and conveniently located.

The rooms were nice and the staff was friendly. It was perfect for what we needed.

We have stayed there one to two times a year for the last six years, it is always a pleasure! The staff is wonderful and always goes the extra mile to ensure our stay is great and problems are always fixed quickly and efficiently. The location is close to all tourist attractions, and has a shuttle to Disneyland. It also has a Starbucks and Pizza Hut which is quick and convenient especially when traveling with kids. The four star restaurant is incredible. It offers room service and the breakfast buffet is awesome. It is very handicap accessible and the staff is always willing to assist if you have any difficulties.

This hotel made me feel welcome: There was always someone there to assist, valet, bellhop, concierge, front desk attendants and managers.

The location is very good and the staff is very helpful. The rooms need to be updated as each has limited electrical outlets.

The suite was perfect, I wish we had the other side of the hotel to see Disney's fireworks at night. But really it is always a pleasure to stay at a Marriott Hotel.

Anaheim is not the most exciting city I've visited, but the Marriott was very nice. I've stayed with this franchise before and have never been disappointed.

I liked that the Marriott hotel was within walking distance of Disneyland. The staff seemed friendly and courteous.

I liked the location. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was pretty clean. It was usually faster to just take the stairs than wait for the elevator, though.

It was a nice place to stay, close to our conference venue. It was easy to get to with the shuttle and everyone there was very nice.

It was a very nice place to stay, but there was not too much to do in the neighborhood besides Disneyland but, otherwise, it was enjoyable.

The location was wonderful. The room was clean and very comfortable. The manager of the gift shop was very friendly, helpful, and pleasant.

We were traveling with other family members who had also reserved a room. During check-in, we requested adjoining rooms, but were told it was not possible to do that, and therefore were in different wings of the same floor of the hotel, which was inconvenient. It might have been our fault, since we didn't think to request it before, but didn't know a way to do that while booking online and we thought we could just do that upon checking in. The hotel rooms were very nice, and the beds very comfortable! The room service, which we used once, was excellent in quality and service.

It was an excellent hotel and had excellent amenities. They have a good restaurant which is nice because it is not close to other restaurants.
