The pool and the spa were both cold and this was very frustrating as each were advertised. However, the rooms were very nice.

My room was comfortable, clean and spacious. The hotel was very close to Disneyland entrance. The staff was courteous, but did not know things like how deep the pool was or where to catch a bus. I was charged twice for the laundry soap purchased at hotel.

I would not use it again. It was close to Disneyland but the rooms were not as clean as they should have been. The TV reception was fuzzy. The parking was limited. For the price, I would rather stay farther from Disneyland and take the shuttle from the hotel.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff made us feel welcome, but left us alone. The front desk responded promptly when we needed help with the television.

The hotel has an excellent location near Disneyland Resort and it is convenient to restaurants. Parking facilities are crowded with difficult, narrow access. The floor vending machines and all but one ice machine were not functioning. The phone message system was not cleared from the previous two visitors.

The location to the park was excellent. I would definitely advise tourists to check with special deals through the hotel, because we did not take advantage of them.

This hotel is comfortable and reasonably priced, with a friendly staff.

This hotel is in a perfect location. It's an outstanding value for the money.

The men at the front desk were not very pleasing and didn't seem to care that we were checking in.
