Our suite was huge, over 900 sq ft. Clean and comfortable. Staff was very accomodating. Very affordable. No undisclosed charges upon checkout (i.e. resort fee). The walk to the amusement parks was easy. Will recommend and return. Don't expect much at breakfast. I don't know why you can't conrol the flow in the bathtub.

We've staid here twice due to the price and location. It's great if you are planning on spending a lot of time in the park and would like to be within walking distance. You can usually find pretty cheap rates here. From most rooms you are able to see the fireworks at night.

Okay
This area is one of the best place to stay for Disneyland. Most of the hotels are of a similiar era and type. It's best to expect not much more than the basics.

Horrible
Was extremely disappointed. Thought Suites and room description would give me way more than I got. The bedding was bare basics, no hot water in big jacuzzi tub, just in sink. Remote of tv we found next day under bed. Only smoking room available....
We checked in and went to our room. The elevator smelled like cigarette smoke. Once we got to our room, my eight-month pregnant wife laid on the bed to relieve her back pain. She complained the bed was too hard for ...

I like the location of this hotel, very close to restaurants, walking distance to disneyland and you can view the fireworks from the pool. Things that they need to improve are the matress (kind of hard), breakfast, and the size of the hot tub...
