I cancelled for a reservation for this place over a month ago and they still charged me for a room that I did not use, and then they gave me nothing but trouble when I disputed it. They have terrible customer service and all they care about is getting your money for their horribly overpriced rooms. Stay away!
I thought that the people at the front desk were quite rude! But, other than that everything was terrific!!! Only one more thing. At midnight, a housekeeper kept saing "Room Service, Room Service". That was really distracting. I will go there again.

I stayed at this hotel on business with someone else picking up the tab, but I did ask for rates on my room. I felt like the amenities alone were worth the cost of this hotel room. This place was phenomenal! Clean, clean, clean!

The bedding was princess quality, the kind that makes you forget that you're in a hotel. The maid service was speedy and mannerly. The hotel restaurant offered some of the city's finest dining with a fabulous waitstaff. Could you find a cheaper place to stay in Grand Rapids? Probably, but considering the pool, exercise facility, meeting spaces, dining, shopping (yes, I said shopping, without ever leaving your hotel!) and internet access, this is an excellent choice for business or pleasure.
