Very Clean!! We were fine with our stay until we learned that you had to pay EXTRA to use the fitness area and pool! I feel like we could have stayed in a nearby hotel that was just as nice, paid much less and not had to pay to use a pool.

Our stay at the Amway Grand was flawless from check in to checkout. We have traveled all over the country and can truly say this is the best hotel we have stayed at to date. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are all so very nice, we think they actually enjoy their jobs (how many places can you say that about). The warm environment within a great "up and coming" city will bring definitely bring us back again and again!

For a few days each February I come to the Amway Grand with my husband while he attends a conference for his profession. This place is always top notch in service, luxury, and quality. The Pantlind lobbey is an oasis of peace. The service in every area is the best to be found. Great restaurants and shops. The only negatives are that the pool and fitness is an extra charge, which for the cost of the stay should certainly be included as it used to be. This year I found that the hairstyling salon is GONE! which is horrible. I hope another will come in. Otherwise, it is royal treatment all the way.

For almost $200 a night for a standard room I imagined there would be wonderfully luxurious amenities. SO WRONG!! If you want a mini refrigerator put in your room, its an extra $15 per night. If you want a coffee pot in your room, its an extra $15...

The hotel was centrally located in the downtown district for a variety of entertainment. It had a pool and a workout room and a variety of restaurants.
I am not likely
to return to the Amway Grand Plaza.
I might recommend it to friends.
