Amsterdam Court Hotel

The wireless internet and TV didn't work. This was also one of the loudest hotels I've ever stayed in. There was constant noise particularly from the lobby area. The hotel staff were not particularly useful. Take your money elsewhere. The small size and quality of the hotel make this one to miss.

New York is always New York when it comes to prices and room sizes. This room felt ok. It was safe and provided the amenities I looked for. Unfortunately the room was located on ground level and close to elevators - which added to the noise. Still, worth the money and forthcoming staff.

This hotel has the best location...small rooms but when you are there to site see and only sleep in your room its all you need. The front desk staff was great, very friendly. We went on a cruise and used them for 3 days before we left, when we came back our flight out of NY was very late in evening so they let us keep our luggage there for the day. On our way to the airport they phoned the shuttle van to tell them we had left our camera there...they immediately mailed it and 2 days later it was in our hands in Canada with all our pictures in-tacked. We would stay there again if just for the location.

We stayed here for two nights. The room with one queen bed cost approximately $300/night. The room was tiny. Our daughter was stuck on an uncomfortable roll-away cot. We could hear street noise all night long. We ate the continental breakfast they provided without asking what the fee would be. It cost a flat fee of $15/person for one breakfast whether you had cereal or a muffin.

This hotel is not worth the money. It is not worth 3 stars. Not only would I never stay here again, I will never book through hotels.com again. There are many nicer hotels in the area.
