59 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
We booked a king non smoking room through Expedia with this hotel. When we arrived nothing was disclosed up front when checking in about not getting the king bed room, they took my credit card, gave me a key. When i got to the room it was not what a booked. I got a queen bed instead of King. When I told the desk clerk she got extremely defensive and said there was no king
rooms available. I explained that I had booked the king room and it was garanted through a credit card hold. Didn't matter as to the desk clerk, Never said Sorry. I asked for my money back, she said no, I had to give a 24 hour notice.
The room we got had a bed that was so extremely hard, stained mattress, the tub drained slow. The second day they did give us a king bed, but it ruined our trip to Tucson. This desk clerk certainly did not care about customer satisfaction. We would never stay at this hotel again. 4/12/08
