My wife and I came to my son's Naval graduation with his best friend so we rented a suite to have separate sleeping areas. The room was nothing special but the staff did everything in their power to help us. Travel directions, food and shopping recommendations, and even brought in a specialist to help with Internet connections. The staff made the stay very relaxed and worry-free
Did not have my reservations for two non smoking rooms .IN order to have two rooms for navy graduation, had to take two smoking rooms. Luckily a checkouts or we would have had no rooms. i am an employee long time at best western in another state, very disappointed. Pool area not clean. water too cloudy and filmy couldnt see bottom. no bible in room ice machine didnt work.housekeeping needs to clean corners of bathrooms scrub more in bathroom tub and etc. pull furniture trash behind night table when i used outlet and under bedskirt at night table. Edge and vacumn better. Sorry but my job is room checker after maids are done. Thank you for the front desk clerk that did a fine job getting us rooms. Even though it was smoking. smelled but we managed. bw employee too
