The front desk was not properly staffed on Friday when I called to confirm my reservation or when I arrived later that afternoon. I waited over 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk. The hotel was run down. I picked this hotel because I was told it was close to O'Hare but there was not airport shuttle and public transportation would have taken me over 2 hours.

Do not stay at this hotel. It's disgusting and the description is false advertisement. The shower had no shower head, there was a dead bug in the tub, it was moldy smelling, and the light did not work. I did not feel safe and I left. I’m now fighting with the credit card company and the corporate office of the hotel.
