The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about restaurants around the area. They were just nice people.
When I arrived the staff was so friendly. My group was looking for a waffle house and the staff went above their duties to get directions to the closest one.

Mediocre
They do not have the continental breakfast advertised. They served everyone a bacon egg plate. There is a burned down unit next to the pool, not repaired or removed, or fenced off.

This hotel has adequate service and facilities except for the high-speed Internet access, which was well below standard. The desk staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Transportation to/from DFW was outstanding.
