ONE STAR IS TOO HIGH A RATING!
1) no spa/hot tub (as promised)
2) a broken pool (with no attempt at repair for months)
3) a broken ice machine (so NO ICE)
4) a broken wifi router (so NO INTERNET access at all)
5) a broken air conditioner (so we had to change rooms)
6) a toilet that rocked when you sat down
7) a 7 hole with a long crack in the ceiling
8) a rusted frig
9) holes & stains in the sofa
10) sticky & dirty carpeting
11) oily, oily, oily, polish on the furniture
12) The morning "breakfast" was only coffee & honey buns.
13) The loose phone line (which ran from the bathroom wall next to the light switch, down to the bedside table) had to be walked over to go into the bathroom (this hazard HAS to be a building code violation).
14) The front door to the lobby was always locked (are they THAT WORRIED about being robbed?)
EconoLodge next door (with an indoor pool/spa and breakfast) was running a walk-up $45 special. If I hadn't had reservations at Best Value Inn, I would have gone there.
My daughter says this was FAR WORSE than any motel weve ever been in. It cost me $62.70 with tax, and half price would have been too much. This was my first America's Best Value Inn, and it will be my last! NEVER, EVER AGAIN!

NothingEverything!“I stayed here on march 16. By far the grossest, Nastiest place I have ever stayed. My mother pulled back the comforter on her bed and there were waifs on it, and the sheets were very wrinkled and "slept in" looking. When I pulled ...

Mediocre
Room was priced fairly. The smell of the room was horrible. The shower head in our room did not have any "power". It did have hot water. Would not recommend this hotel.

Okay
I wasn't very impressed with the accomodations. The mini fridge and microwave are jammed in the corner of the vanity area entrance. It's not really a suite either. It's an oversized bedroom(barely) with a loveseat and table.

Horrible
This hotel is badly in need of cleaning and updating. The parking lot and the walkways give you a hint of what you will find inside the rooms. Not too nice at all.

I was the worst room have every stayed in. We should have stay a motel 6 and we would have had a better room and stay. I was always afraid that someone was going to brake in to the room or my car the whole time. If had known this hotel was in this k
