The location was horrible, the bed was like sleeping on a piece of cement, the noise from the doors closing was ridiculious (we were in 114 under the stairwell), & had to keep getting the management???? to reprogram the key or have housekeeping open ...
The free parking for cruise customers attracted us to this hotel. This is what you get. The beds were not that comfortable. There is a frig/microwave in the room. You can hear your neighbors walk and talk all night...plus 2 huge dogs two doors down...

We stayed here so we could park for the week while on a Royal Caribbean Cruise (which by the way treat you royally). This is what to expect. The beds are not very comfortable. There is a microwave/bar frig in the room. You can hear your neighbors walking /talking all night. The breakfast is Sunny-D, coffee and stale bakery goods. The taxi to the cruise lines run about $16.00 each way including tip of course. The room was $80. per night for two people. I wouldn't go back.
This was the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in...When we went into the room it had a horrible smell, and a layer of dust covering every surface. The AC unit started spewing out black stuff all over the room. We slept on top of the bed spreads, not ...

Stayed here when participating in the Bike Around the Bay tour. Very good value for the money, physically close to the Hampton and other more expensive hotels. Walking distance to 61st street and the seawall. Will stay there again next year.
This was a horrible experience for my family. I called and reserved two rooms and the woman I spoke with assured me this was a nice, clean place to stay. She was extremely wrong. When we got there we had trouble getting the keys to work and open the ...
We stayed here last week. This was a horrible experience for our family!! I am not a complaining person, and am usually easy to please. However, this was a dirty hotel!! There were roaches consistently coming up out of our shower drain. The water...

The hotel itself would have been okay if they hadn't overcharged us by about 300 dollars. That's right, 300 dollars. For the amount of money I paid for the room the least that they could do is have a clean room for me. But no, the toilet was disgusting. It looked like nobody had cleaned it in weeks. The "free continental breakfast" was really week old muffins and a cup of Sunny D. I'm not kidding. Overall, not a great experience. Would definitely not go back there ever again.
