First of all, the desk clerk tried to charge us $20 more than our Kayak reservation because our 2 year old toddler counts as another person. Then my husband joked about seeing this place on the news, and the desk clerk said the murder happened NEXT DOOR. MURDER. The place is run down, the neighborhood is shady, and the customer service is worse than I've ever experienced. We left.

The reason we chose this hotel was the huge sign outside that said FREE WIRELESS INTERNET. We asked at check in if they had wireless internet and were told "yes". When we got to the room...There was NO wireless internet, and when we complained the same person that checked me in told me the wireless was under repair and had been for 2 to 3 days, with a smile. The owner, said he had no idea the wireless was not working!?!? They also charged my CC twice for the room that night. When I called, they refused to refund one of the charges without proof from me that they charged me twice, I had to go through my CC company to get my money back. We recommend staying elsewhere, anywhere!
Their website is incredibly deceptive, makes it almost look nice.
They lied to us and overcharged!!!

Horrible
The AC/Heater did not work. Good thing though because the air it was trying to weakly push smelled like something had died in the unit. By the next morning I couldn't breath and had to use an inhaler. Sneezed for the next 24 hours. I will sleep...
