I am a low-maintenance traveler, and this hotel met my needs very well. The room was clean and very comfortable, and staff members were nice. I agree with another reviewer that the entrance off the main road should be better marked. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

It was close to the doctor I am seeing in Little Rock and it had good, clean rooms. There was a restaurant next to it and it was easy to get too off the highway. It also had a great location for sites in Little Rock.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Americas Best Value Inn and Suites.
I might recommend it to friends.

55 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

Non-smoking room, but the hallway was filled with smoke. Had to go through side entrance to avoid ordor. Entrance was hard to get to!

I am somewhat likely to return to the Americas Best Value Inn and Suites.
I might recommend it to friends.

The room was dirty when we went to it upon arrival. The staff was unfriendly.

I am not likely to return to the Americas Best Value Inn and Suites.
I would not recommend it to friends.
