When we arrived and got our room the heater was broken. The staff quickly arranged to have us transfer to another room.

This hotel made me feel respected: We decided to stay an additional night and the staff were more than willing to accommodate us. Also, they treated us like people not like we were doing them a favor by being there.

I am very likely to return to the Americas Best Value Inn and Suites.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The price was okay, considering what most places charge now days. Although the prices at any hotel should be anywhere from $10 to $20 cheaper then what they are. I will probably stay there again if am in the Detroit area!

This hotel made me feel relaxed: A calm and quiet location and hotel.

I am very likely to return to the Americas Best Value Inn and Suites.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
