It was in a convenient location. It was rather loud, next to the highway and the doors and windows blocked little noise. I arrived at the Ramada Inn at about 3:30 PM, half an hour past check in. The desk was unattended and I had to use the night...
We reserved through Ramada directly. Somehow our Non-smoking Queen room at "best available" rate became Best Available room ... which when checking in the Best Available room was a smoking room, despite having proof of confirmation email from the...

The cleaning staff was helpful and accommodating.Heated pool does not get heated in the summer which made it unusable. Rooms are in the process of being updated. The unheated pool was a large disappointment. I stayed here in July and again in...
Do NOT stay here (worst customer experience of my life). My wife and I booked 3 nights at the Ramada in early September. Due to a bag being lost at the airport, we arrived at the hotel after the front desk's normal operations had closed. My wife...

While not a 4 or 5 star hotel we found this Ramada to be a good value. Our room (non-smoking) was clean and ready on time. The in-room microwave and refrigerator were a plus. The staff was very responsive to our requests. While not a full cook-to-order meal, the breakfast was fresh and offered food for every taste. It is very close to the freeway for easy access withou the road noise. We would definitely stay there again.

Horrible
When we entered our 1st room we found an empty bottle of booze on the bathroom counter, trash on floor. Both rooms were filty-carpets, walls ceilings-all filthy. 2nd room-no refrig., iron or board, no microwave. Equally as filthy as the first. Did ...

The hotel was not anything special, but it was clean, the staff was courteous and they let us in at a late hour. Parking was easy and there was a nice restaurant across the parking lot.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Ramada Limited Santa Rosa Wine Country.
I would not recommend it to friends.
