When we first checked into the very small room I noticed water stains on the ceiling and the room definately was not renovated in the last year, as they state. After we got cleaned up the toilet clogged. On the way out I stopped at the front desk and asked them to fix the toilet, check the air conditioning that was not doing it's job very well and since they were going to be working in the bathroom could they put up a shower curtian that didn't have MOLD on it? When we returned several houres later I found that who ever plungerd out the toilet didn't even flush it when they were done, GROSS! The A/C still wasn't working very well and the same shower curtian was there. All this was bad enough but the next day when I saw a bug as wide as my thumb and twice as long crawl across the wall we were out of there. The gal at the front desk who seemed to speak little English didn't even ask why we were checking out 6 days early.

We are three couples who stayed for three nights. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The a/c worked wonderful. We didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel because we were out all day at the parks. We did look at the pool and it was big and very clean the tiki hut was never open while we were there and it looked like it hasn't been opened for a while. The steak house was really yummy but not for breakfast their buffet left a lot to be desired (even for the price). We are planning another trip in October and will be staying here again...

We visited in March for our first family trip to Disney. 2 adults and 3 children. They didnt have any problem with our large family staying in one room.. most of the other hotels/motels did.. staying in one room gave us more money for the parks..The room was very small but clean. If you arent planning to stay in the room much then the size is not an issue.. we spent all day at the parks and by the huge pool.. only going in the room to sleep and shower etc.. The shower was great... nothing was stolen from our room, the Black Angus connected has great food.. front desk was very friendly and helpful and even allowed us to check out early with a refund when we decided to head to the beach.

The bad points were the highspeed internet only works by the pool or in the lobby.. or in areas very close to either of these.. I could not connect at all in our room.. if you need to be online at all request a room close to the pool or lobby. they charge a fortune for their laundry.. and the washer and dryer are so ancient they didnt wash or dry our clothes.. the tiki bar was not open and heard it hadnt been for years. The shuttle to the parks was free, but I dont recommend it.. it doesnt run on time and they pack to many people on it.. I dont know that it is safe..

Overall it was a nice stay and I would recommend to other familys on a budget

It is a hotel that gives the best for the money and is family orientated.

It was a good experience for our family. The rooms were clean, and we could cook our meals and save on going out to dinner.

It’s in a good location.

Security was always visible.

It was a nice hotel, just the staff was very inefficient.
