The Front desk agent was not qualified to do job duties, and wasn't helpful at all. Was told that they do housekeeping daily found out that it's only on Mondays and Tuesdays. The room fire detevtor was also hanging from the ceiling and was making a loud noise. I made a complaint about that and once again Front Desk Agent was not helpful at all. I was told by the Fire Department that the fire alarm in the room is hazerdous to my health. Also there was alot of vandalism to vehicles i would not recomend this Hotel, I would pay you not to stay there.

Well When i arrived at 11:30 pm, i was very tired. Im here for business. I was in the room then the next thing you know i go outside and i see somebody vandalizing a car by my car. so i had to move my car to the front. So the next day i arrive to the room i saw that the sheets were not cleaned. So i called the front desk and they said they only change it mondays and thursdays, so thats disgusting. Somebody could've had sex and i was sleeping on the bed. The Fire Alarm detector was also hanging made loud noises at night. Bad Customer Service, instead of making it feel more comfortable for me, the manager suggested i leave because i called the fire department concerning the fire detector, and that was hazardous, again the manager didnt care. So i recommend please do not stay there at all. please

I checked in @ 9:00pm and the Front Desk Agent was nowhere to be found. After 30mins she showed up very rude. I let that one go but when i got to the room it smelled like smoke and i had a non smoking room, plus it smelled really bad to the point of no return. I tried numerous time to call the front desk and no answer. So i went down stairs and the front desk lady was drinking on the job. I seen a large almost empty vodka bottle in her hand, and she started to scream and yell at me so i called the police for my safety. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Having to spend a month in Gallup for some business, I reserved a room as it was one of the cheaper extended stay hotels in the region. I found the staff to be helpful but the facilities to be very poor. The pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, and fitness center were not available as promised on the website secondary to a recent electrical fire.

The kitchen lacked any sharp knives and had dirty dishes on arrival. The phone line at the desk never worked, the phone in the bed room did not work initially. The heater in the main room also did not function. The rooms were so poorly lit I went and bought a lamp to brighten the atmosphere. I would not recommend staying there.
