I was driving through Amarillo, while driving from Los Angeles and was expecting a "Best Western"-type hotel. The way the Kayak.com users were talking about the hotel it seemed to be alright. Howev

I stayed this hotel during 1-week business trip.

I think this hotel is one of closest hotel from Amarillo airport.

Friendly staff very very helpful. Simple clean room with great price.

Wireless internet worked fine and good connection.

Simple hot breakfast (free), but no restaurant in the hotel.

Only Subway, McDonald's (attached to the gas station right next door),

and Waffle House are the walking distance restaurants.

The hotel locate right next to the truck stop, when you make

reservations make sure request odd number room otherwise

you have to listen the low idling engine noise of 18-wheelers all night.

Great inexpensive accommodation.

I stay at a lot of hotels but I think this one was the one that made me feel more at home. The front desk clerks were so helpful and nice, also the room that was given to me was very clean.

I was given a very nice suite for the price. It was very clean and had large rooms.

The room was very nice, clean and like home.

The reason I wasn't relaxed was because there was a mouse in the wall and every time I was about to drift off to sleep, it skittered in the wall and made lots of noise. It made me jump with fright. But otherwise, it was a very pleasant experience.

The sofa bed was very comfortable and the pillows were great.

The woman at the service desk was very helpful and informative. She gave a us a good deal.

I felt very welcome. They would like me to come again.

I was overcharged and when I complained to the central number, I was told that someone would contact me within 7 days. Now, 2 months later, I still have not heard from them. I’m very disappointed.
