35 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

The price of the hotel was great and the hotel itself was nice for the price. The beds were a little too hard for me, but perfect for my husband. Each room had a refrigerator and a microwave. The staff was very nice.

This hotel made me feel important: They were just very polite. When we checked in, they were very efficient. She had our room key ready when I came in. When we checked out, they made sure that our stay was comfortable.

I am very likely to return to the Americas Best Value Inn Statesville.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

65 year old male with a moderate budget

There were bags of garbage around the building. The sink in the bathroom was falling out of the cabinet. There was mold in the bathtub and the bed looked like it had been slept in. The linen was dingy. At that time we decided not to stay.

I returned to the desk to ask for my money back and was told that I was two minutes past their 30 minute deadline for refunds.

It was clean, comfortable, affordable, and in a good location to the highway. We always stop here.

It is easy to get to from the airport. The hotel is quiet. I had smooth check in and check out.

I am very likely to return to the Americas Best Value Inn Statesville.
