73 year old woman with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

This hotel was formerly an EconoLodge, so it was not new as expected. There were very few tenants, and then the room was not ready upon arrival.

I am not likely to return to the Americas Best Value Inn South Padre Island.
I would not recommend it to friends.

The room was filthy and was not finished. They charged us a hundred and fifty dollars a night and it wasn't worth fifty dollars. The toilet leaked, the sheets and comforters did not fit the beds, there were no plugs for the bathtubs, and very few towels.

I am not likely to return to the Americas Best Value Inn South Padre Island.
I would not recommend it to friends.

The maids did not speak english. I bougth a pillow and pillow case and the came in and took my new pillow case.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Americas Best Value Inn South Padre Island.
I might recommend it to friends.
