Horrible
We had some problems with our reservation, which the manager politely rectified. Unfortunately, the next day was a weekend, and he wasn't there when the front desk person. the incredibly rude decided to refuse us a room due to the same problems...

Horrible
Carpets, bedspread and sofa were very dirty. Non smoking room stunk of cigaretes with burns on everything except the ceiling. There was no bath mat, clock but there was alot of noise from other rooms and the parking lot till early morning! I did not ...
47 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
We were going to spend the labor day weekend here but left after 1 night, we were charged a fee for early checkout.
I did not turn on the lights at night because I was afraid of seeing cockroaches. There was no bathmat, clock. It was a nonsmoking room that stunk of cigarettes and had burns on everything except the ceiling. The carpeting was filthy as was the bedspread and loveseat!
We were trying to put some money into the local economy as it was the 2nd anniversary of Katrina, we ended up in Denham Springs at a Best Western for less $ and more amenities for the remainder of the weekend

The carpets have embedded stuff in them, the bedspread stained as well as the sofa. Internet was intermitent, no breakfeast, bath mats or alarm clock. The noise from other rooms and parking lot lasted until the early morning hours. I was afraid to...

The front desk quoted one price (same room) when I called and made the reservation and another when I showed up. They would only take cash! And they tried to avoid providing me with a receipt.

Staff gave impression WE were not untrustworthy I paid cash asked for a reciept and they were not happy. Tried giving me a hand written receipt with no tax breakdown.
