48 year old male with a economy budget, traveling for leisure
Nice motel. Clean and comfy.. Comfortable, nice size rooms didn't feel like I was in a corner. Highspeed Wireless was an added plus. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will stay again the next time I'm in town.

I requested a smoking room, and was given a non-smoking room. The staff did not even try to change it for me. On the second reservation on my return trip, they said they never received the reservation, even though I had the confirmation in my hand. We decide not to stay, and went to Motel 6, which checked us in immediately, for $1.00 less. Now, I will see if I can get the charge taken off my credit card. Customer service was awful, will never stay there again.

There were yellow and gray stains on the sheets. There were burn holes on everything, and graffiti on the walls. Their terrible management did nothing to help us with this problem. It’s the worst hotel ever, you would do well by not staying here for your own health, both mentally and physically.

47 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I was pleased with the service and cleanliness of the room. Although not a high class motel, it was acceptable and provided everything necessary.
This hotel made me feel practical: The price was reasonable and the accommodations were acceptable.

The location was convenient to all our planned activities. The accommodations were more than agreeable with all in our party.

The dirtiest place we have ever stayed in

This hotel has two sides, the old and the new. Both are dirty, but the old side is a nightmare. We stayed in the new side on the first end of our trip and the old side on the end of our trip. The faucet in the sink didn't work in the first room and there didn't seem to be anyone who knew how to fix it. Another couple in the shuttle said their room was the same.
Then the old side, there was a cigarette pack under the bed and ashes on the bathroom floor. There was not one outlet that a cord would stay plugged into. The ground-fault outlet by the sink was broken. No remote for the TV and the cable was broken and on the floor. We had a lamp with no shade, just a bare bulb. The carpet was so stained you could not tell the original color. This place cannot be safe! Stay away.
I am not likely
to return to the Americas Best Value Inn SeaTac.
I
would not recommend it to friends.
