They charged me more than the confirmed reservation price. They said it might be because of an Internet problem. They didn't take responsibility for it.

Do what ever it takes; mortgage your house, sell your kids, just don't stay here.

The neighborhood is rough, you wouldn't want to walk around during the day let alone the night.

When a truck/motorbike went past, the building shook.

When a plane took off 2 miles away, the building shook.

When the people upstairs flushed the toilet, I heard it rushing down through my bathroom, and there was an unpleasant dripping noise for 10 minutes.

The bed linen was stained and dirty.

The carpet was stained.

There was no deadlock/chain/bolt on the door.

There were no curtains, and the blind didn't quite cover the window.

When two men moved in to the next room I heard EVERY word of their argument. I was wondering who would murder whom.

Mine was the only car in the car-park with all the body panels intact.

There was a constant sound of metal bars dropping and glass smashing.

Not all the lights worked.

The only good point was free web access - which I used to find a decent hotel. When I left, there was a rather heated argument between the bloke on reception and a member of staff. He was in the office, she was in the car-park.

Just don't bother.

I have been leaving my vehicle at this Park n' Fly off & on for 4 years and have had no problems until recently. I accidentally left a small back-pack at the office (I had had 3 hrs of sleep and a nightmare trip home so I was tire). I called an hour later and they had the pack in their office and said they would keep it for me. When I went to pick it up, they couldn't find it in their back closet where the last person had placed it. One of their staff took my pack which contained all of my jewelry, camera, and MP3 player. The manager is being very helpful so I am thankful for that and he is hoping their insurance will cover my stolen goods. None of the employees is being reprimanded because there is not proof of who stole it. It is unfortunate because this establishment is inexpensive and I feel leaving my vehicle there is safe.

Convenient to bus, IHOP almost next door,nice lady at front desk - have stayed there 3 times and will be there again next week-only thing lacking was lighting is too dull to read, pillows FLAT so you can't lay down and watch tv! Wish all the rooms had microwave and frig-a few do...

Worst Experience Ever. Neighborhood is scary. Especially when you in and out at night. Room is OK. But kind of old. The bed base crack when we sat on it. I did not get any apology from the hotel. And they charge me extra $20 for house keeping because we "not return the room in the condition they gave us". I have never seen any hotels have this charge. We did not party, just leave the pizza box. And this cost us $20 to clean. The price is cheap. But other hotels near by have much better quality and service with just few bucks more, and no cleaning charge. (will save you $20 if you don't like to clean up the room before you check out)
