We stayed here on the way to family's house for Thanksgiving...we arrived late - staff was very nice and thorough - the room was not clean - lots of dust, complimentary shampoo was open and half empty, no bath towels in the room, complimentary coffee but no cream/sugar or cups to drink out of and the phone did not work. It was not a good experience but I learned that you absolutely get what you pay for!
