This hotel must do most of its business through third party sites that require nonrefudable pre-payments. If I had not pre-paid, the stench in the front office would have turned me away immediately. I could barely breathe in there. The room itself was not much but adequate. Then my wakeup call came almost 15 minutes late and I had to race from the hotel without a shower to make my appointment. When I wrote two days later suggesting a partial refund the management (some time later) replied that I should have made my complaint at checkout (as if I had time) and should set the alarm clock, which is like saying I should have brought my own pillows in case they didnt provide any. Be aware and just don't stay here, period.
