We ordered two non-smoking rooms, but he gave us two smoking rooms. When we asked for change, he said it's not his responsibility and asked us for $20 additional fee!!! He's attitude was like a robber. He yelled at us "Give me the money then we can...

Cheap.Noisy and not that clean. Close to where I needed to be but not that great; not that clean and really noisy with the trains across the street. Won't go back to this one.

Fairly clean, but old and not kept up that well.Cold greeting (not very friendly); rooms & furniture needs refurbishing. Will stay out of this area in the future. Hoping not to get this particular motel...
35 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
This hotel was very decent and clean. The manager was pleasant, accomodating and polite. Hotel location was great -- easy access to the mall, restaurants, cabs, and pharmacy. Will likely use it again for future travels.
