48 year old woman with a economy budget, traveling for business
My husband works at chemical plant shut-downs for maintenance, and we think this place is perfect.
I keep the room clean myself because we have to sleep days, due to him working long shifts at night. We asked not to be disturbed and they have honored this greatly. We are very happy here. It is quiet enough day and night that we don't miss any sleep. We will stay here again next time for sure!
When I have to ask for something, they are quick to help me. They have a nice office, and nice folks!

We've stayed there years past and they've actually improved with new management. They used to have a high criminal element they used to rent to as regulars. This has stopped or became less noticeable.

not likely
to return to the Americas Best Value Inn Richmond.

45 year old woman with a economy budget, traveling for leisure
We had to leave after one night's stay and go to another city then return the day after. We left one of our personal pillows behind by accident and they kept it for us knowing we were coming back. They were very nice people.
This hotel made me feel comfortable: They made sure our room was changed and clean.

to return to the Americas Best Value Inn Richmond.
