Americas Best Value Inn Pensacola Motel - Page 1

This place was not the best of anything. It's a motel. All of the doors to the rooms open from an outside building instead of going through a nice lobby to your room. My room had ants crawling all over the desk. The next morning there was some sort of worm crawling on the floor. It was disgusting. I checked out a day early just to get out of there. It's way overpriced for the quality.

Awesome considering the circumstances.

This hotel made me feel content: Stayed during a hurricane and everyone was very accommodating.

Bathroom shower drain needed repair. Would not drain adequately. Appreciated the continental breakfast. Overall a good experience. Not complaining!

This hotel made me feel welcome: Reservation clerk suggested handicap room for my 87-yr old mother. Then gave us the manager's special on room rate.

Good service at a reasonable price. Good free breakfast.

The Best Western in Florida was great. The Best Western in Meridian, Ms was not. The Ms location needs to learn from the Fl location.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They seemed eager to make our stay a pleasant one. I had my beloved canine friend with me and they treated both he and I very nicely.
